Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide access via key, code, or lockbox. If you prefer to be home, we’re happy to work around your!

What products do you use?

We use traditional bleach, ammonium and alcohol based cleaning products. But if needed we can also use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and those with allergies. If you have specific product preferences, please let us know!.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is transparent and based on home size, cleaning type, and frequency. It's important to know that are pricing changes in a three month cycle based on demand and overhead costs. You can view all pricing on our website, or contact us for help selecting the best option for your home.

Are their select benefits for recurring clients?

Yes! Costs change and as result so do our prices, with recurring clients we provide a Price Lock Guarantee. For 2 years, your price wont change as long as you don't cancel or breach our terms of service. In addition to that, clients on a monthly, bi-weekly or weekly plan are eligible for our 25%, 30% or 35% discount, for being a loyal recurring member. And lastly, recurring clients are given priority booking for your scheduling needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! However, because we schedule staff in advance, we require:

48-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.

📢 Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

What happens if I need to skip a recurring clean?

We understand that life happens! However, because we schedule staff in advance, we require:

Excessive Cancellations:

More than 2 last-minute (within 24-hour) cancellations in a 3-month period may result in a pricing re-evaluation.

Missing 3 consecutive cleanings or skipping more than 5 per year may void your price lock, and your rate will be adjusted to current pricing.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payments are required at the time of booking. Recurring clients are expected to pay 1 service in advance. We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and digital payments through our secure online system.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Absolutely! We love pets, but we do ask that you secure your pets before we arrive until after we leave. We do not want the pets to feel anxious, threatened or stressed bringing everyone peace of mind.
